Local food. Lasting impact.

Welcome to From Soil to Boil (FSTB), a not-for-profit movement transforming how Saint Lucians access healthy, local produce. For nearly five years, we’ve been working to close food access gaps, uplift farmers, and build a healthier future—one household at a time.

What We Do

Our work is a tapestry of service, education, and partnership, woven together to strengthen the community’s access to nutritious food.

  • Bi-weekly Food Bag Deliveries: Reaching elderly and homebound residents with fresh, locally sourced produce.

  • Weekly Farmers’ Markets: Hosted at the Vide Bouteille Cultural Club (VBCC), these vibrant gatherings connect growers and families in celebration of Saint Lucia’s bounty.

  • Collaborative Networks: Working alongside the Saint Lucia Marketing Board (SLMB) and independent local farmers to expand reach and impact.

  • Educational Outreach: Sharing knowledge on healthy eating habits and cooking with local ingredients.

  • Youth Engagement: Fostering future leaders through partnerships with NYC-based youth internship programs.
